  • Representing Max Healthcare in multiple lawsuits and has had the trademark MAX affirmed as well known by the High Court of Delhi.
  • Representing various domain name registrars in litigation before the High Court of Delhi and Delhi District Courts.
  • Advising and representing Udaan, India’s largest B2B e-commerce platform on issues pertaining to intermediary liability.
  • Representing Kanpur Flowercycling (Phool) in IP enforcement and prosecution, including in relation to design, trade dress, copyright and trademarks.
  • Representing Air India in relation to the mark, VISTARA before the High Court of Delhi, the High Court of Bombay and the High Court of Judicature of Madras.
  • Advising and representing Slick Organics (Arata), a homegrown Indian hair care brand on multiple issues and compliance.
  • In a previous role, managed trade mark portfolios, advised on the enforcement strategies and represented clients from various industries in IP litigation including international hotel chains, clothing, e-commerce and technology companies, and media production houses.
