Her practice at the firm largely revolves around civil and commercial litigation before the High Court and district courts in Delhi, with a focus on intellectual property enforcement and defence, intermediary liability, data protection and technology law, pre-litigation enforcement and post-litigation execution. She also advises on intellectual property aspects for proposed transactions and launches, and trademark prosecution and contentious proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry.
