This order was successfully defended in appeal till the Supreme Court. The lawsuit has since been decided against the defendant and BURGER KING was declared a well-known mark.

- Successfully defended Suman International – a leading confectionery manufacturer, as first chair, before the division bench of the High Court of Delhi in litigation related to shape marks.
- Successfully represented Burger King, as first chair, before the High Court of Delhi in restraining fraudulent websites claiming to offer franchise opportunities and securing a dynamic-plus injunction to extend the court’s website blocking orders to infringing websites identified in future.
